Group Online Sessions
For group sessions, refund eligibility is determined as follows:
- Full refund available if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the first session
- Partial refund may be provided if you have attended fewer than two sessions and request cancellation within the first week
- No refunds are available after attending more than two sessions or after the first week, whichever comes first
Course Packages and Learning Paths
Refunds for complete course packages or personalized learning paths:
- Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if no content has been accessed
- Partial refund may be considered if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed within 14 days of purchase
- No refunds available once more than 20% of course content has been accessed or after 14 days from purchase, whichever occurs first
Subscription Services
For monthly or annual subscription services:
- Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period
- Refunds are not provided for partial months of service
- Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rated refund if cancelled within 30 days of initial purchase
